Despite my lifelong obsession with sports, I eventually need a shoulder reconstruction due to numerous dislocations sustained while competing in dirt bike races.
The surgeon encouraged Aaron to begin weight training after the procedure to hasten his recuperation and strengthen his shoulders.
Aaron, who rapidly fell in love with weightlifting and discovered a love for bodybuilding competitions, says, “The rest is history.”
