Jamil Hardwick, Omari Brother

Jamil, like Hardwick, works in the television industry. He’s been a producer and serial entrepreneur. He formerly served as co-CEO of the production business Bravelife.

From 2008 through 2012, Jamil worked as a talent manager, junior partner, and producer at Chaotik Management and Production Company, according to his LinkedIn profile.

During his time with the organization, Jamil represented leading actors such as Michael B. Jordan and Allen Payne.

He attended the University of Georgia on an athletic scholarship from 2000 to 2005. Jamil received accolades and was named to the dean’s list.

Omari’s Two Siblings Died

Hardwick had a brother and a sister in addition to Jamil. Regrettably, he lost both of them.

He posted a tweet in 2014 lamenting a string of losses he has suffered.

“I thought losing my son was horrible. I thought it was terrible to lose my brother at the age of 45 and my sister at the age of 33. All within three years. “Hate is ugly,” he wrote.

On November 19, 2008, the actor lost his son for the first time. Jennifer Pfautch, his wife, was seven and a half months pregnant when she gave birth to their stillborn child.

On National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day in October 2018, Pfautch turned to Instagram to tell her and her husband’s story.

She shared a photo of her stillborn son’s first sonogram, as well as his hospital hat, blanket, hospital ID, and brochure.

Pfauth said that she was sharing her tale in the hopes of shedding light on baby death, which was widely considered taboo at the time. She stated in the caption,

I’d like to call attention to the enormous number of women who, like me, carried a life but were forced to say “goodbye” before they could say “hello.”

Shani Hardwick, Hardwick’s sister, died at the age of 33 not long after he and his wife lost their son.

Within the next two years, his other brother, Malik Hardwick, died at the age of 45.

Hardwick has not revealed the circumstances surrounding his siblings’ sad demise.
