Young Years

Adrienne Koleszar has always been passionate about exercise. She was born in Dresden, the Jewel Box of East Germany. At 14, when her parents signed her first gym contract on her behalf, she started working out in the gym with their support.

Adrienne only concentrated on her legs and buttocks while working out in the gym because she went there with a strong desire to shed fat there.

Having Learned from Her Errors

Adrienne noticed early on that she wasn’t changing her body in any positive way. Despite her diligent daily training, Adrienne soon understood that spot reduction was not achievable.

She had to alter her strategy if she wanted to achieve her goal of getting the slender body she so much desired.

It was in her late 20s when she first began to organize her meals, and this is what inspired her to make dietary changes and intensify her training.
