Ana Cozar, who was born in Madrid, Spain, has always had a love for exercise. At age 16, in 1997, she started training in kickboxing, but she was too frail to compete with the other competitors.

This inspired Her To Start Weight Training At The Gym.

She was criticized by other females at school for becoming more muscular than them, which made her an outsider in school life. However, Ana didn’t let it bother her because she was committed to achieving her ideal body.


Ana worked out consistently for the following ten years, concentrating on her hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Every year, her physique improved, and she gained recognition on social media.

Ana had a fantastic physique by 2009. She was pleased with her development and started to think about becoming a bikini athlete.
