Gymnastics And Exercise, (Workout)
From a young age, Autumn’s competitive nature was evident. She started working on her gymnastics when she was three. She soon began to participate in the discipline’s competitions.
Autumn was fascinated by the fitness figures she saw on TV as she grew older. I would imitate their posing techniques on the floor of my living room, she remarked.
After making friends with fitness competitors and deciding to enter competitions herself, Autumn’s initial passion for fitness quickly developed into something much more.
Long Drive To The First Competition, (Workout)
2008 saw the debut of Autumn. Autumn had to travel for several hours to get to the contest because it was far away from her home.
“I started competing in 2008 after traveling a few hours alone to my first bodybuilding competition, where I had no idea who would be there or even what I would see to see whether this was something I should pursue. What follows is history.
Autumn ended up winning first place in both her class and the overall competition, even though she entered the show unsure of what would happen.
Later Contests And The Pro Status
Following her first victory, Autumn went on to obtain her professional card in 2010.
She then progressed through the IFBB levels by taking first place in some of the most prestigious competitions.
This includes the 2016 Arnold Classic, where none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger himself presented her with the award.

Training, (Workout)
Autumn designs the most efficient workouts for her goals using her wealth of knowledge and expertise as a doctor of physical therapy. To maintain her physique toned, she alternates days of intense lifting with days of moderate activity.
However, Autumn will always maintain a rigorous training routine, regardless of how much or how little she lifts. She achieves this by increasing the number of super-sets, drop-sets, and forced reps, which shorten her rest intervals and increase the intensity.
When she is not engaged in a contest season, Autumn trains 4-6 days a week.
This amount increases to seven or more times weekly when getting ready for a performance. She will occasionally work out twice a day, alternating between cardio and weight lifting.
Nutrition, (Fitness)
When it’s time to transition to an “off-season” eating plan once the show is over, Autumn acknowledges that she struggles with her diet.
Autumn eats quite healthily for the majority of the year, but once the show is over, it’s time to put on weight again. This could be a problem for her metabolism because she’s used to following a tight diet, according to Autumn.
But once Autumn gets into the swing of her off-season eating plan, things are a lot simpler for her.
She prioritizes consuming enough high-quality calories to grow while consuming primarily complete foods. This has some carbs, lean proteins, and good fats.
Influences And Idols, (Fitness)
Autumn attributes her drive to her husband, who inspires her to move forward in all she does.
She enjoys working out with him since it helps her improve her performance throughout the exercise.
When I’m fortunate enough, I get to train with my hubby directly, as Autumn puts it. When we are practicing the same muscle areas, it is a rare and wonderful pleasure. Fall Swansen
