Healthy Diet and Cheat Meals in Balance

While Brian occasionally indulges in whatever his body feels like eating, for the most part, he adheres to a healthy eating regimen and a balanced diet.

Brian Barthule will only consume whole, very nutrient-dense foods six days a week. But during the weekends, especially on Sundays, he might include one or two cheat meals to sate his appetite.

An Eating Day

Brian often eats something with little to no carbs and a reasonable quantity of healthy fats and proteins in the morning. An illustration would be eggs with bacon and olive oil that are omega-3 enhanced.

Brian combines chicken breast or grass-fed beef with nutritious carbohydrates like sweet potato or brown rice for lunch. And for dinner, he’ll have things like lean salmon or low-fat cottage cheese.

Brian includes a lot of vegetables in all of his meals and snacks. This enables him to fulfill his daily requirements for vitamins, minerals, and fiber without the use of a multivitamin supplement.
