Dan Stevens’s Exercise Program
Dan’s exercise regimen is largely unchanged from what it was when he prepared for the film The Guest.
Dan Stevens enjoys pretty much all types of exercise, including mixed martial arts, cardio, and weight training. Thus, everything together and its significant contribution to his remarkable metamorphosis.
In the interview, Dan also disclosed that he works out for four hours every day to maintain and gain muscle mass.
When you exercise four hours a day, the regimen of Dan is no joke because you will become quite exhausted. So we’re going to perform an exercise that incorporates everything Dan said, keeping his advice in mind.
We are about to perform a workout that combines cardio, weight training, and mixed martial arts. Additionally, you’ll exercise at least five days a week and take two days off.
I won’t urge you to exercise and train for four hours every day because I know not everyone has that much time to devote to physical activity. It won’t take more than an hour or two per day to complete this workout.
Dan Stevens’ workout consists of:
Cardio
Days of training: Monday through Saturday
It only makes sense that we would incorporate Dan Stevens’ love of running into our cardio workout. Now it’s up to you whether you want to run on a treadmill or outside in the fresh air.
Either option will be great as long as we can run for 30 minutes at a moderate pace that is neither too fast nor too slow. Make sure you run 2 to 3 miles if you’re running outside.
Martial arts mixed
Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday are training days.
Three mixed martial arts sessions will be added to our regular schedule, and during those sessions, you can pick the combat style you want to learn.
It makes no difference if you are learning Muay Thai or Brazilian jiu-jitsu. You can train three days a week at a nearby gym that offers mixed martial arts instruction.
Strength Training
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are training days.
I believe that during weight training, it will be most effective if we concentrate on full-body and strength training while utilizing certain compound movements and some traditional bodybuilding routines.
We will thus only train for a maximum of an hour, but it is your responsibility to make the most of that time. Before you look at the program, keep in mind that you will be using heavy weights and performing fewer reps.
