Biography

Boosting Parents

On May 30, 1980, Dana was born in the United States. From an early age, her parents pushed her to engage in regular physical activity and sports.

When she was placed on a swim team at the age of five, this involvement officially started. Soon after, she started playing basketball, field hockey, and soccer, to name a few.

All of these exercises contributed to building the foundations on which she ultimately sculpted her body.

Throughout her earlier years, this “innate” physical activity persisted, occasionally in a relentless manner.

She occasionally had to “ping pong” between practice sessions for various sports. while attempting to complete all of her academic assignments at once.

By the time she arrived at University (West Chester), she had developed into a strong soccer player and was consequently enlisted to play as a starting defender for their squad.

Through And Through An Athlete

She had fun competing in NCAA tournaments and playoffs with the team. However, as her four years of college concluded, this sports-focused phase of her life officially came to an end.

She decided to start attending the gym with her then-boyfriend (and current boyfriend), Rob Bailey when faced with the prospect of being inactive owing to a lack of sports integration.

This sparked a desire for weightlifting, which was soon followed by a love of bodybuilding. This prompted her to compete in figure contests from 2006 to 2010.
