Cross-fitting was a mistake.

Dean feels that joining the CrossFit community was ultimately a mistake, despite its value.

He claims that the three years he invested in practicing Olympic-style weight lifting were perilous because the repetitive nature of the approach can result in major injury.

Favorite Workouts

Bench press and cable flye are Dean’s two favorite exercises if he had to pick just two. He enjoys doing chest exercises because he thinks his pectorals are his best-looking muscles.
