Biography

Football Ability

Timucin Emre Guclu was an avid sports fan growing up. “As a young boy, I was addicted to sports. It didn’t matter to me if it was tennis, basketball, or gymnastics; as long as it could test my abilities and skills, it would suffice,” he remarked.

He engaged in a wide variety of sports throughout his boyhood. Only a few of them included Muay Thai, karate, and basketball. He was, however, really passionate about one sport in particular: street soccer.

Emre’s personality and capabilities complemented the sport’s emphasis on individual talent and skills.

He excelled at street soccer to the point where several of his acquaintances urged him to join the neighborhood football team. Emre began participating in football at the age of 14.

Emre received a contract offer from two different football clubs just one year later, at the age of 15.

These teams competed in the top tier, and one of them gave Emre a professional league contract. He decided to accept a contract with one of the teams, and he soon started playing alongside some of the league’s top athletes.

Training

HIIT In, Cardio Out

Emre relies nearly entirely on his diet to lose weight. He doesn’t do much cardio as a result. He claims that 20 minutes of HIIT is the best option if he wants to accelerate the fat reduction process.

High-Intensity Exercise

Emre uses ‘crazy’ amounts of volume and heavy weights to attain maximum growth. Emre’s sets are almost all either supersets or drop sets. Such intensity demands a significant amount of mental toughness and stamina.

Top 3 Exercises By Emre

  • Emre determined that deadlifts were the greatest exercise for enhancing general strength. He thinks that this particular exercise makes use of a variety of muscles that aren’t often engaged by other compound lifts.
  • Squats: Squats, in Emre’s opinion, are the best exercise for developing huge, muscular legs. He considers them to be one of the “hardest” and best exercises for strengthening the lower body. He also said that squats enhance the production of hormones like testosterone, which promotes general muscular growth.
  • Emre’s chest training heavily relies on the bench press exercise. He claims that the bench press helps build all-around upper body strength and targets the upper, lower, and middle pecs.

You will love this way of life, I promise if you learn to be patient and appreciate practically every single step you take toward your goals. Make it a way of life instead than a chore.

What Emre Guclu Can Teach Us?

Timucin Emre Guclu played football throughout his adolescent years in the hopes of turning it into a profession.

He had no enthusiasm left to pursue, though, after learning from his parents that he couldn’t keep playing football. At least, that’s what he believed at the time.

Later, he learned about weightlifting and all its advantages. Unexpectedly, it evolved into his “style of life” and, eventually, a full-time career.

Emre’s tale demonstrated to us that not all “evil” things are awful. Although it would appear that way at the time, looking back, you might just conclude that it was one of the best things that ever happened, much like Emre.

Keep working toward your goals, and if you ever feel stuck or come into a barrier, just remember that it can be another chance for you to become stronger and move that much closer to your final objective.
