Ethan Wacker enjoys working out and is an athlete. Sadly, he injured his leg over a year ago and was unable to exercise for a while. It wasn’t until a few months ago that the doctor informed him that Ethan could now begin to work out his legs and gradually increase his limit.

But like any teenager, Ethan also started exercising at home, where he would perform push-ups, pull-ups, crunches, squats, and other activities.

Ethan Wacker started coming to the gym after that, and today you can tell because of how lean and bulky he is. So how did Ethan manage to develop a body like that?

You guys underestimate how straightforward the solution is to the question. Everyone has a local gym where they can perform the routine that Ethan follows.
