Who Is Faya Nilsson?

Faya Nilsson is a fitness instructor, blogger, author, and online business owner who goes by the name Fitness on Toast.

She was born in Sweden, but now she lives and works in North London.

Faya has been a fitness coach since 2007, but it wasn’t until she started a blog in 2013 that her career took off. At first, Faya started the blog so that she could give online fitness tips to her clients.

Faya says that the goal was to let clients know about fitness trends, healthy recipe ideas, ways to travel that are good for your health, and fitness fashion.

Over time, Faya’s content brought in more people than she had hoped for at first. Because of this, her fame went through the roof. By 2017, Faya was a full-time online blogger and fitness influencer, and the number of people who followed her kept growing.

Faya’s daily life now includes writing books, blogging, training other people, and working out herself.

Faya always has time to talk to her fans and give them tips on how to be the healthiest and fittest versions of themselves, even though she is very busy.

“I love writing, so I started the blog for just my clients. But it took off, and it’s a great way for me to share the knowledge and experience I’ve gained as a personal trainer with people who are just as passionate as I am about living a fitter and healthier life.”

“I just started CrossFit, which I love because it gets me out of my comfort zone and tests me in ways I’ve never been tested before.”

Short Career Of Faya NilssonFaya Nilsson

Four to five times a week, Faya Nilsson works out with weights. She does a lot of “bread and butter exercises,” like squats, push-ups, leg raises, and pull-ups. Faya likes to start most of her workouts with these moves.

But she doesn’t train the same way all the time. Instead, Faya likes to change up her workouts to get better results and keep things interesting.

In Faya’s own words, “Tweaking each exercise can make a big difference in how often it works, and it keeps these exercises from going out of style.”

Favorite Exercise

HIIT is Faya’s favorite way to work out. Faya said that HIIT helps her get the best results in the least amount of time.

It’s a great way for Faya to work out when she doesn’t have much time. She says that anyone who wants to lose fat and build muscle quickly should try it.

Power WalksFaya Nilsson

Faya works on her strength, but she also does cardio almost every day. One of her favorite ways to get her heart rate up is by power walking. Before breakfast, she usually goes for a 60-minute power walk.

Faya thinks that power-walking is good for her joints and helps her relax from the stresses of daily life.

She says, “It’s much better for my joints and makes me want to go outside and clear my head.” I would tell people to walk as much as they can, whenever they can.”

“The most important thing that determines whether or not a diet works is whether or not you can stick to it and keep doing it indefinitely.”

Nutrition

Not Including Meat, But Fish

Faya Nilsson is a pescetarian. This means that she eats a lot of fish but doesn’t eat meat from other animals.

Here’s how she put it: “I haven’t eaten meat since I was eight years old. I have a lot of different influences. For example, I like to eat baby potatoes with dill in a salad with baked fish or pickled foods with crayfish. – Faya Nilsson

Having A Little Bit Of Everything

Faya never cuts out a whole food group from her diet, except for animal meat. She doesn’t eat too much of anything. Proteins, fats, and carbohydrates are all included.

Faya’s grandparents always told her, “Have a little bit of everything.” This is what Faya has done ever since she got the advice.

“Today’s society makes food too hard to understand. I tell my clients to think about just three simple things:

1) What you eat (getting good quality foods), 2) How much you eat (it doesn’t matter if what you eat is healthy if you eat too much of it), and 3) How often you eat (not skipping meals and making sure to refuel after a workout). – Faya Nilsson

What Faya Nilsson Can Teach Us?

Faya is a strong supporter of living a healthy, balanced life. This is clear when we look at her diet, which is based on what her grandparents told her to do: “eat a little bit of everything.”

Faya’s way of eating shows that you don’t have to give up your favorite foods to be healthy. Instead, you can have a little bit of everything, keeping in mind that portion control is the key.

This approach will help you live a healthy life for a long time, so you can enjoy your life without having to make huge changes.
