Biography

Start of Fitness Journey

Fernanda, who was born in 1990 in Balneário Cambori, Brazil, grew up loving to surf. She started training when she was 15 years old and quickly advanced in the sport, which required a slender, toned body.

Fernanda, on the other hand, gave up surfing to concentrate on her college studies and relocated to So Paulo to study physical education.

It didn’t take her long for fitness to take over her life; she started working out every day to achieve her ideal body.

Bodybuilding

Fernanda had achieved a sleek and toned physique after a few years of rigorous exercise.

She was persuaded to compete as a bikini athlete by her pals because the female bodybuilding scene was so popular in Brazil.

As a result, Fernanda joined her first competition in 2011, when she was 21 years old, during the Cantarinense Championship of Bodybuilding.

She didn’t get off to the best start in her debut, but she still finished in the fourth position. This inspired her to come back on stage even stronger than before, so she improved in the gym and started aiming for a prize.

In the following five years, Fernanda’s life changed a lot. After finishing college, she started her training business to assist others in achieving their fitness objectives.

She won multiple trophies during her most prosperous period as a competitive bikini athlete in 2015–2016 after wowing the judges and taking first place at the 2015 WBFF Diva Fitness and 2016 Arnold Classic Brazil events.
