Nutrition (Workout)Graham Holmberg

Graham Holmberg consumes a lot of fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, complex carbohydrates, and high-quality proteins in his diet.

Except for days when he takes a break from eating and eats whatever he wants, all of the calories he takes in come from nutritious food sources.

Graham follows the maxim that he can occasionally indulge in whatever he wants to eat if he isn’t competing. However, if he has a big event coming up, he will follow a very rigid food plan with no tolerance for “cheating.”

“I lead a lifestyle that demands correct training, recovery, nutrition, supplements, sleep, and a healthy mentality as a person, husband, father, and CrossFitter.”

But he has managed to become the best in the CrossFit world because of his commitment to training and diet.

You will need to put in more effort if you want better results than what you currently receive.
