A well-known Starbucks recipe is the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but guess what? It’s built in America 1000 times better (no special equipment is required).

You may consume it all year long, especially iced in the summer because it’s so simple to make.

Homemade lattes are a wonderful way to indulge in your favorites without having to stand in line or pay a high price. Whether it’s an Irish coffee or a spiked eggnog latte.

How Much Pumpkin Spice Is in a Latte?

To make this drink so luxurious and creamy, a pumpkin spice latte is made with pumpkin puree, milk (non-dairy works great), and coffee or espresso. Don’t forget to drizzle some caramel sauce and whipped cream on top!

The pumpkin spice and other wonderful ingredients found in the Starbucks version are all present in this knockoff recipe.

Making it at home allows for the use of fresh ingredients (unlike the list on the pump of PSL at a coffee house). It is SO MUCH BETTER than any coffee shop latte I’ve ever tasted, I guarantee it!

Add a shot of Baileys or hazelnut liquor for an adult version to spice it.

Making this pumpkin spice latte only requires two simple steps, so you can enjoy your favorite latte throughout the year!

Espresso or coffee: My true love language is coffee. For both lattes and coffee, I use a Jura S8 Coffee Machine (which you might recognize from my affogato recipe). Everything from lattes to my ideal cup of coffee in the morning, I’m obsessed with it.

I use it to create the espresso in this recipe, but I’ve also made it with normal black coffee (which I brew a little bit on the stronger side).

  1. Eat pumpkin puree, milk, cream, sugar, and spices in a pan till they’re almost boiling. Don’t allow it to boil.
  2. Add a few shots of espresso or strong coffee after taking the pan from the heat.

Then divide into two glasses and add whipped cream on top.

Making it in a CrockPot

Scale up the recipe and leave the crockpot warm if you’re making pumpkin spice lattes so that guests may help themselves.

To prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the crockpot, stir the mixture occasionally. Enjoy the autumnal scent throughout the entire house!
