- To prepare fajita seasoning, combine salt, paprika, chipotle powder, cumin powder, oregano, and onion powder in a basin.
- The shrimp should be thoroughly covered after receiving the first half of the spice. Place aside.
- The onions and bell peppers are added to a big cast iron skillet that is heated up with a tablespoon of oil. Cook the vegetables for 4-5 minutes, or until they start to soften. Mix well after adding the last of the spices.
