Training

Iain Valliere goes through two distinct phases, similar to the majority of professional bodybuilders: off-season and in-season contest preparation. He varies his training according to the phase.

Iain Valliere uses heavier weights and lower rep ranges during the off-season to build muscle. Combining this type of exercise with a calorie-rich diet causes his body to expand.

On the other side, his preparation for the competition will involve doing lots of reps with light weight. His workouts will be brief but intense. Short, as he wants to avoid losing muscle by overtraining while in a caloric deficit.

In addition to increasing stress levels due to elevated cortisol levels, excessive training during the off-season might cause injuries. Iain prefers to play it smart because he is aware that bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint.

Exercise for Iain Valliere’s Shoulders

When working out in the gym, Iain sticks to the fundamentals, and his shoulder routine is no different. He just performs a select few exercises to strengthen his deltoids. This is how it appears:

  • Machine shoulder press, 3-5 sets of 10 reps
  • Lateral raises, 3-5 sets of 10 reps
  • Front raises, 3-5 sets of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell shrugs, 3-5 sets of 10 reps

Fitness For Shows

Iain does cardio when getting ready for a competition, of course. He will perform 20 to 60 minutes of cardio each day, depending on how far away the event is.

Nutrition

Diet of Iain Valliere

Iain prefers not to make his diet too complicated. He claims that he consumes the same foods all year round. The number of foods throughout the off-season and during the season are the only variables that alter.

Iain might cut back on his carbs and fats while increasing his protein intake if he’s getting ready for a performance, for instance. He can achieve a thin figure because of this without sacrificing his muscle mass.

Rice and Chicken for Breakfast

There is a video of Iain making his breakfast online. Iain prefers chicken and rice over the customary oatmeal and egg white breakfast, in contrast to several bodybuilders. Additionally, he uses egg yolks as a source of good fats without hesitation.

What Iain Valliere can teach us?

Iain Valliere doesn’t make his diet or exercise too difficult. He simply continues to do what has worked for him and puts in the effort every day. That is his approach to success, and it has been successful for him.

Iain teaches us that leading a fit lifestyle doesn’t have to be difficult. Regular exercise and eating a diet that works for your body are already sound starting steps.

Combine that with perseverance and hard work, and you’ll soon begin developing large muscles of your own – just like Iain.
