Short Career of Inga Neverauskaitė
Inga Neverauskaitė started lifting weights in 1997. Inga competed in her first fitness competition just six months after starting, finishing fourth overall and first in the mixed pairs class.
She was inspired to keep training and compete after experiencing success early on. Inga competed in some of the most prestigious bodybuilding shows during her career.

The 5th of November 1980 saw the birth of Inga Neverauskait. She was raised in Siauliai, one of Lithuania’s largest cities.
Inga turned out to be an exception even though no one in her family was engaged in physical fitness or sports of any type. Inga’s parents took her to daily dance, ballet, and aerobics courses after noticing her love of sports and encouraging her along the way.
Inga’s priorities shifted as she aged. She had lost interest in ballet and contemporary dance. Instead, she decided to “try” weightlifting.
After learning the fundamentals of weight training from her high school sports coach when she was 17 years old, Inga began working out on her own almost every day.
Transition to Fitness
Inga Neverauskaitė developed an interest in fitness competitions after observing how her physique changed as a result of her commitment to the gym. Inga competed in her first show, the 1998 IFBB Siauliai’s County Open Fitness Championships, just six months after she began her training.
She shocked everyone with the outcome, winning fourth place in her very first tournament.
Additionally, she won the Mixed Pairs Class. Inga was “astonished” by her early findings. She developed an addiction to the bodybuilding lifestyle at this point.
The next year, Inga competed in three events and finished second at the IFBB Lithuanian Cup.
Along with the County Open Fitness Championships of Siauliai for the IFBB. At the IFBB Lithuanian National Mixed Pairs Championships, she finished in fourth place.
Inga focused her sights on becoming a professional after winning the 2001 IFBB Lithuanian National Fitness Championships two years later. She had to acquire a Pro Card to do it.
League of professionals
Inga relocated to the UK in 2001 in the hopes of realizing her dream of playing in the Pro League. Inga had several influential encounters at this time, which aided in her further physical development.
One of them was a married pair named Harold and Karen Marillier who ran the Forest Gym in Crawley, West Sussex.
Inga spent the following two years making frequent trips from the UK to Lithuania to compete in the National Championships.
She began participating in Europe in 2003 and won the EBFF European Body Fitness Championships and the EFBB British South Coast Championships.
Later that year, Inga finally gave the audience her best performance. She won the EFBB British Fitness Championships, dazzled the judges, and earned her Pro Card.
Inga experienced a unique occasion when she became the first Lithuanian to ever take home a Pro Card for a Figure competition. She never “dared to dream of something like that,” according to Inga.
Inga’s Professional Life
In 2004, she made her professional debut at the IFBB California Pro Figure, where she finished 19th.
Inga won second place at the IFBB Montreal Pro Figure Classic two years later. She won the 2006 IFBB Netherlands Pro Figure after her accomplishment.
That year, Inga also participated in her first-ever Figure Olympia, finishing 14th overall.
She received an invitation to participate at the IFBB Arnold Classic Figure a year later, in 2007. She competed here against the greatest athletes in the world and finished in a respectable tenth position.
Inga participated in one more competition by the end of 2007, the Figure Mr. Olympia. She performed marginally better than her previous try in 2006, placing 13th this time.
Getting into personal training
Inga decided to take a short sabbatical from competition after almost ten years of continuous competition to concentrate on her personal life.
One year later, she decided to compete again after receiving support from her loved ones, friends, and fans.
Inga was successful in earning fourth place at the IFBB Europa Show of Champions that year. After the tournament, Inga decided to stop competing and seek academic training to become a certified professional trainer.
After getting her qualification as a professional trainer in 2013, Inga resumed participating in significant tournaments.
After the break, she competed in her first show, the IFBB Tahoe Show Pro Figure, finishing in eleventh place. Inga competed at the 2013 IFBB Nordic Pro Figure a few months after the Tahoe Pro Figure and finished in sixth place.
She responded that earning the Pro Card was her favorite moment in her competitive career since she was the first Lithuanian to accomplish so and because it allowed her to fight against the best.
Inga is well-known both in her native country and throughout the entire world. Her accomplishments solidified her position as one of the top female figure competitors in the world.
Inga Neverauskaitė typically splits her training week into four days, working on each body area once a week. The number of repetitions ranges from 8 to 15, and she typically performs 4 sets of each exercise.
Inga often exercises for 20 minutes before each session four times a week. She will gradually lengthen the session to 45 to 60 minutes, six times per week when it’s competition time.
Inga’s diet will change significantly depending on whether she is training for a competition or is in the off-season. Her diet during the final month before a competition consists solely of rice, turkey, veggies, and a small amount of fruit.
She frequently consumes a lot of water, up to 6 liters the day before the tournament.
