Biography

Childhood and College

Jamie Eason, who was born on April 10th, 1976, started on her fitness journey while she was a student at Texas A&M University. She enrolled in a weight training course to earn extra credit for her degree and fell in love with working out right away.

Jamie started working out virtually every day while in college, which helped her build a lean physique. At the age of 25, she began working for her grandfather’s roofing firm after graduating in 2001.

She started to feel uncomfortable, though, about not pursuing her interest, so she started looking for jobs related to the fitness business.

Breast Cancer and Cheerleading

It didn’t take long for Jamie to locate a position that she was interested in; the Houston Texas Cheerleading squad was looking for female recruits.

She was selected as one of the 35 after a demanding two-day trial process out of about 2000 applications.

Her entire life, however, was turned upside down four years into her stint as an NFL cheerleader. In 2005, when Jamie was 29 years old, she received a breast cancer diagnosis.

Desk Work and Gaining Weight

Jamie was devastated to learn that she had cancer and was forced to give up her cheering career. She started working a desk job, and as a result of her lack of exercise, her fitness suffered.

Jamie’s life became terrible over the next four years; she was going through a very trying time as a result of her life-altering diagnosis and inability to exercise.

Jamie, though, wasn’t about to give up.

Go Back to the Gym

In 2006, when Jamie was 30 years old, she, at last, discovered the drive to battle breast cancer. But the damage had been done by her inaction.

Jamie had gained weight due to a year spent away from the gym and living a very unhealthy lifestyle. She was left with cellulite and stretch marks all over her body.

She finally found the motivation to go back to the gym and resume her fitness regimen at this moment.

Resuming Your Fitness Journey

Jamie Eason was quickly on the road to building a body he could be proud of thanks to the assistance of a personal trainer and nutritionist.

It didn’t take long for her to start making significant progress because facing difficulties head-on had made her a much stronger person.

After a few months of rigorous exercise and dieting, Jamie’s body had undergone a full transformation. She had a stronger desire than ever to succeed in the fitness sector.

Inaugural Competition

Jamie opted to enter her first contest, Hardbody Entertainment’s 2006 World’s Fittest Model since she was proud of her metamorphosis.

After competing against 14 other female models over the Olympia Weekend, her dedication paid off, as she took home the prize. For Jamie, this was the beginning of a successful fitness career.

Cover Model and Fitness Journalist

Soon after winning the 2006 World’s Fittest Model competition, Jamie received requests to appear on the covers of many publications. Her achievements didn’t end there, though.

Jamie had established herself as the face of a major bodybuilding website by the time she was 32. She started sharing her journey’s training schedules and inspirational advice online.

Before she realized it, millions of people were motivated by her experience and words of wisdom online.

You can eat more calories when you train harder and fewer calories when you train less hard if you are aware of your calorie range.

Training

Jamie likes to work out several muscle groups at once while including cardio a few times per week. She firmly believes that lifting large weights will help you develop a fantastic figure.

In contrast to most athletes, Jamie only works out five days a week, giving her body time to relax and heal between the other two.

Exercise Program:

Her exercise regimen would resemble this:

  • Monday – Shoulders, Triceps and Cardio
  • Tuesday – Glutes and Abs
  • Wednesday – Back, Biceps, and Cardio
  • Thursday – Legs and Abs
  • Friday – Chest, and Abs
  • Saturday – Rest
  • Sunday – Rest

“I usually eat six times a day, at even intervals. This keeps my blood sugar steady and my food choices are so “clean” that they do not contain heavy calories”

Nutrition

Jamie firmly believes that a clean diet is essential for reshaping, preserving, and growing your body.

She avoids cheating meals throughout the year because she believes that giving in to temptation just once would send her down a steep slope and away from her goals.

She schedules her six meals a day at certain times and bases her diet on lean meats, veggies, and complex carbohydrates.

Diet Plan:

Meal 1 (6 a.m) – Half a cup of oatmeal and five egg whites with chopped bell peppers and onions
Meal 2 (9 a.m) – 4 to 5 ounces of homemade turkey meatloaf with a side salad and cherry tomatoes
Meal 3 (noon) – Five ounces of stir-fried chicken with half a cup of brown rice and steamed veggies
Meal 4 (3 p.m) – Two corn tortillas topped with black beans, pepper, onions, and five ounces of grilled chicken.
Meal 5 (6 p.m) – Homemade Italian turkey zucchini burger with pita, lettuce, and tomato
Meal 6 (9 p.m) – 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese with cinnamon, and a few almonds.

Influences and Idols

Despite being the motivation for millions of fitness enthusiasts, Jamie doesn’t have any particular effects on her own life. She is appreciative of their assistance in helping her turn her life around when it was at its worst, though, and both her trainer and nutritionist.
