Biography

Once She Discovered Fitness

In 1982, Jennifer was conceived in Severna Park, Maryland. Jennifer started to dislike her appearance as she neared the age of 30.

The idea of exercising had never really occurred to her. She started to experience poor self-confidence as a result of her bad lifestyle.

Jennifer immediately concluded that she needed to change her way of living. She then decided to make getting in shape her New Year’s resolution.

She overcomes her self-consciousness about her appearance in the process, enabling her to carry on with her life.

But Jennifer didn’t know where to begin. She had never entered a gym before, so she needed some help pointing her in the correct direction. At this time, Jennifer decided to engage a personal trainer.

Jennifer was immediately smitten with fitness after that. Both intellectually and physically, she felt like a brand-new person.

She soon realized that she needed a new challenge in her life and set out to compete on the bodybuilding stage.

Beginning to Compete and Obtain Her Pro Card

Jennifer started getting ready for her first contest. She immediately made significant progress by adhering to a diet and exercise routine recommended by her trainer. She eventually felt ready to compete.

In 2013, she participated in her first competition at the Baltimore Gladiator tournament. In the Bikini Class B division, she finished third, earning her the opportunity to advance to the following round.

She was ecstatic about her success and anxious to achieve more.

Her subsequent two contests in the Bikini Class B category at the MD State and East Coast Classic both saw her surge to first-place results as a consequence of her diligent preparation.

Jennifer wanted to keep moving ahead after winning her first contests on the bodybuilding circuit.

She eventually won the NPC Nationals in 2014, when she swept to first place, and received her pro card. From this moment forward, Jennifer’s fitness career reached a new high point, allowing her to do much more.

Professional Competition

In 2016, Jennifer competed in her first professional match. At the Pittsburgh Pro, she made an appearance on stage and took 13th place. Jennifer knew this wasn’t the outcome she was looking for, but she didn’t let it discourage her.

Her perseverance led to victories in her following two contests, the Baltimore Grand Prix and the Toronto Pro Supershow in 2016. This served as a reminder of how far she has gone since beginning her fitness career.

Her professional high point occurred in 2017 when she placed second in the IFBB Olympia competition. This, according to Jennifer, was one of her proudest experiences so far and helped her advance in her fitness career.

The Present

Jennifer gained sponsorship as a result of her performance on the bodybuilding scene. She eventually gained popularity on social media, which gave her the chance to advance her profession in fitness.

Jennifer was able to attain her peak via perseverance and hard effort, but she later desired to assist others in achieving their fitness objectives.

Nutrition

  • Sixth Meal: 1 Scoop of Protein with 1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

Influences and Idols

Since Jennifer began her career in fitness, she has looked up to India Paulino. She was a prominent person in women’s bodybuilding who achieved success as a bikini competitor, inspiring Jennifer to pursue a similar path.

“I remember going on YouTube and watching India Paulino compete at the Arnold in her bright yellow bikini. That was it for me.

I wanted to be on that stage. Also, I had no idea what competing was or where to even start but I just knew I needed to try. I watched her posing videos, and was just so inspired by her presence and charisma”.

Jennifer Ronzitti was able to do something in her life that she never believed she could thank for her success on the bodybuilding scene.

She gained notoriety on social media as a result of her successes on the bodybuilding scene and went on to become a sponsored athlete and fitness trainer.
