Who Is Kara Webb Saunders?

Australian CrossFitter and fitness business owner Kara Webb Saunders. Australia’s Fittest Female has recognized her in 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016. As well as participating in six CrossFit Game competitions.

In 2011, Kara started weight training. She entered her first CrossFit competition exactly one year later. At the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Australasia Regionals, Kara won her first title after immediately wowing everyone with her performances.

As Kara started to annually qualify for the coveted CrossFit Games, success continued coming for her. By 2017, she had established herself as an industry star and served as a motivation for many young athletes.

Kara works out once a day for most of the year. She usually works out for three straight days, takes an active recovery day, and then works out for two more days before taking Sundays off entirely.

Kara Webb Saunders typically works out for two to three hours in the gym in the afternoon. She also gets time for warm-ups, stretches, and cool-downs.
