The type of life Karen Domingos currently leads wasn’t always the case. She didn’t even consider a career in fitness; in fact, she worked as a flight attendant for the majority of her life.

But then Karen found out she was expecting her first child.

She went to the gym after realizing she had put on some weight after giving a baby.

I haven’t looked back since then, Karen declares. She developed an incredible physique through weightlifting, and in the process, she fell in love with fitness.

Karen chose to take a leap of faith into fitness modeling and figure contests after discovering her new love.

According to Karen, it was a scary decision. She took a chance on her aspirations by leaving her safe job as a flight attendant.

But everything turned out well for Karen because of her diligence. Since the beginning of her fitness journey, she has advanced to becoming a social media icon and a successful stage competitor.

Karen’s carb cycling is so good that she can have two or three cheat meals per week and still lose fat.

She takes a protein-rich meal every two to three hours as a result.
