Who is Laura Michelle Prestin?

Since she was a little child, Laura Michelle Prestin, better known as “Miss Prestin,” has maintained her enthusiasm, passion, and desire to achieve her life’s ambitions—becoming a nurse and a personal trainer. She was able to establish herself as a fitness model as a result.

Biography

Athletic From The Beginning

In 1985, Laura was born in a Canadian suburb of Toronto. Laura became quite interested in competitive athletics as a young girl, playing soccer and running track frequently.

When Laura was in high school, she decided to pursue more competitive sports. At this point, Laura started participating in gymnastics and swimming, achieving her goal of leading an active lifestyle.

Laura soon realized that she wanted to enhance her athletic figure. Laura, however, was unsure of where to begin. She was inconsistent and didn’t stick to a good training and eating plan, which prevented her from making progress.

Laura had a strong desire for staying healthy and had participated in swimming, gymnastics, and weightlifting for years, but as she started college, she gradually lost sight of her fitness objectives and her general health. Throughout her time in college, she started participating in modeling shoots, but because of her busy schedule, she quickly lost interest in working out in the gym.

College Lifestyle

Throughout her time in college, Laura partied all day, neglected to eat well, and slept inconsistently. Her fitness levels immediately started to decline as a result. She had stopped prioritizing staying fit throughout this time.

Laura had a busy schedule throughout her first years of college, which included not only going to lectures but also participating in photo shoots for modeling. Laura hardly had any free time as a result of this. This quickly started to have a bad effect on her life.

It was at this point that her life started to slip badly. Because of Laura’s unorganized and unhealthy lifestyle, she was dependent on prescription medication for a while and developed anemia as a result of her unhealthful eating habits.

But all started to change one day when Laura realized that she was the only one who could change her life and that it was now or never. Her enthusiasm for fitness was rekindled after this. She was more determined than ever to regain her life as a result of her newly discovered enthusiasm for her health.

Committed To Aiding Others

Laura Michelle Prestin started working out regularly, ready to overcome any challenges in her life. She attempted to rebuild her fitness levels by working out for at least 30 minutes a day, three to four times per week.

Right up until she earned her nursing degree from the university, Laura kept up her regular training. Laura became committed to assisting others in following her example after overcoming a time of illness herself.

But Laura also aimed to succeed in her endeavors as a fitness model. She eventually succeeded in doing so, achieving WBFF Pro status in 2011 and modeling for a renowned fitness magazine’s cover in 2013.
