Bringing Together Power And Endurance, (Diet Plan)

Mike, a former boxer, strives to maintain strength, durability, and functionality over an extended period.

Maintaining both strength and endurance at the same time can be challenging, according to Mike. He makes an effort to maintain his fitness levels in both areas since he enjoys challenges.

Mike uses hard compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to build strength and size.

These serve as the foundation of his workout regimen. Mike’s programs do include other exercises like isolations, but they aren’t as frequently used.

Tips For Powerlifting, (Exercise)

“Squats, in my opinion, are the basis for each athlete, regardless of the sport. To develop maximum effort for a brain response that corresponds to strength, I like to incorporate powerlifting principles.

However, I like to advance with rep ranges inspired by bodybuilding because they cause cell growth, which results in bigger muscles. I then unleash my inner athlete to perform any kind of crazy burnout or drop set that translates to badassness.

Mike engages in activities like heavy tire flips, sparring, combat training, outdoor running, etc. to increase his functioning and endurance.

This not only improves Mike’s flexibility and endurance but also acts as cardio, which is beneficial for reducing body fat and maintaining cardiovascular health.

To perform a challenging bench press, Mike Rashid is spotted by Kai Greene.

Shoulder Exercise By Mike Rashid, (Workout)Mike Rashid

Mike frequently changes up his workouts, but he also sticks to specific routines. such as beginning with a strenuous compound exercise, in this case, the standing dumbbell press or barbell press. The majority of his shoulders are exercised during this exercise.

Mike concentrates on high reps and lights weights later in the workout when he performs various shoulder exercises to maximally exhaust the muscle and get the best pump.

Standing barbell military (also known as rigorous press), 7 sets of increasing weight gradually until the fifth set, then lowering the weight on the final two sets. 20 20 15 6 2 maximum repetitions, maximum reps.

Barbell Upright Row/Resistance Band Row, 5 sets of gradually increasing weight until the fourth set, then dramatically reducing the weight at the fifth set. Maximum reps: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20.

Four sets of thirty reps each for side delt raises.

4 sets of 20, 20, 20, and 20 reps of the shoulder shrug (traps) and superset with the reverse flye (rear delts).

Spas And contemplationMike Rashid

Mike frequently uses saunas to cleanse his physique. He regularly meditates as well since he thinks that awareness is the secret to reducing stress.

Less stress equals less cortisol, which Mike connected to fitness and bodybuilding by saying it can be catabolic. More muscle mass will be retained by him the lower his cortisol levels are.

Nutrition, (Diet Plan)

Mike’s eating habits have drastically changed throughout the years. When he competed, he followed the same diet as other competitive bodybuilders: lean and healthy foods, lots of water, and the right supplements.

One meal per day strategy:

To what many may consider “crazy,” Mike has occasionally modified his strategy.

Mike has tried eating only once each day and eating very little animal protein. In this manner, he consumes all of his daily caloric requirements in a single meal that is rich in plant-based protein and healthy fats.

Mike claims that by doing this, he was able to reduce his weight from 240 to 225 pounds while only losing fat and not any muscle or strength.

Automatic Eating:

Mike is a pretty balanced person, both in life and when it comes to dieting, aside from his “extreme” approaches to eating.

He frequently views maintaining a healthy diet as a practical duty rather than something he needs to pay particular attention to every day.

He achieves this by consuming fewer processed foods and, to the extent possible, choosing wholesome, “whole-food” options. Mike manages to stay on track all year long in this way.

Mike’s Dietary Advice, Medicine

Mike says, referring to his diet, “I want to lose even more weight. Despite decreasing fat rather than muscle, my strength has remained constant. You can think more clearly when you eat less.

If they were lucky, our ancestors would eat a few times a week. In the US, food is the leading cause of death. heart disease brought on by unhealthy overeating. Let your food serve as your medicine. Michael Rashid

Stack Of Supplements For Mike Rashid

Mike exclusively consumes a green superfood combination, a plant-based protein supplement, and occasionally BCAAs.

As Mike Rashid exits his car outdoors wearing a green tank top and a phone in his hand, his arms appear toned and ripped.

Influences And Idols

When asked who his greatest source of inspiration is, Mike responded simply, “My father. an Alpha Male in every way. a guy’s guy. Honest, diligent, powerful, and kind.

In addition to being a strong role model in Mike’s life, his father also assisted him in laying the groundwork for his entrepreneurial and fitness endeavors.

What’s it worth if your abs only last a few days? Many of these “fitness” people aren’t fit, based on what I’ve seen in the little time I’ve spent in this “fitness industry.” Some people believe that having abs is a sign of malnutrition.

Try to be physically fit and healthy if you work in this field. If being healthy prevents you from being the most toned person on the globe, that’s fine.

This preoccupation with getting “shredded” is, in my opinion, mentally harmful. Some go to such extreme lengths for this fleeting appearance that they end up gaining weight and sad.

What Mike Rashid Can Teach Us

If given the option, Mike Rashid would always choose the longer, less traveled path.

He thinks that by choosing suffering above comfort, he develops his strength and character, which makes him eventually happier.

You should be willing to choose the harder way as well since doing so will make you stronger and help you to appreciate your accomplishments even more.
