Biography

Bad-Breakup

Nay Jones began working out after she overcame a “bad breakup” in May 2015. She came back to the gym, a place she could always count on, after deciding it was time to start taking better care of herself.

Nay claimed that after getting back into shape right after and working out seven days a week, “my physique started to alter extremely quickly.”

Her friend then gave her the guidance she required to get ready for her first tournament.

“I adore how I feel at the gym when I’m in the zone.”

Nay went on to win both her first and second shows. She then determined that it was time for the Nationals.

When Nay entered the “big-leagues” level and finished in the top two.

Nay admitted that it wasn’t the finish she was aiming for, but in retrospect, she used it as inspiration to strengthen her weakest areas in preparation for the next contests, particularly for the Pro circuit.

“After just one year in the game, I wouldn’t be where I am today without their knowledge and concern.

I am incredibly appreciative of God for giving me a platform and a voice so that I can mentor and uplift those around me. He never makes a mistake, and I’m positive that he put me in this position to assist others.

Nay returned to the gym immediately after her national competition, added more muscle to her frame, paid closer attention to her food, and returned stronger than before.

Favorite Exercises Of Nay

The “money makers” like the deadlift, squat, pull-ups, leg raises, and single-leg glute bridges are some of Nay’s favorite workouts. All of which contribute to building a balanced physique.

“I always end every workout with wide-grip pull-ups, but if I’m worn out, I’ll do assisted pull-ups instead. The wider the back, the narrower the waistline will appear. Ratios are the secret to an hourglass form.

The thermogenic makes me sweat during my workout, therefore I’ll take a fat burner.

Nutrition

Nay enjoys eating a “high-carb” meal before each of her workouts to fuel her for the challenging exercises she does.

Before working out at the gym, Nay will also take a pre-workout supplement, and if she’s cutting, she’ll use a thermogenic to increase her body temperature.
