My love of cheesecake is no secret. However, there are instances when I don’t have the time to bake and then wait all night to have my favorite cheesecake.

This explains why I have so many No Bake Parfaits on this blog. Additionally, it explains why a lot of people consistently create them and share them with me on Instagram.

This is one of those dishes that you can complete in 30 minutes, chilling time included.

And ideal for summer nights and nicer weather! Each spoonful of this Upside Down Pineapple dessert delivers a buttery graham cracker base, a creamy “cheesecake” center packed with juicy pineapple slices, and a pineapple ring topped with a maraschino cherry to satisfy your craving.

At a year-end office party, we had our first taste of pineapple upside-down cake, and I was immediately hooked. I finally realized why the dessert was so popular.

It’s hardly surprising that my spouse didn’t get it because he rarely understands any of my food-related affairs.

BUT! to transform that cake into a dessert resembling cheesecake? He devoured them all since he enjoyed them so much, so I had to make them again for everyone else.

It’s not that we cared. The second time, it fell into a sizable parfait bowl that we split while watching Friends. Don’t criticize me.

I dare suggest that these no-bake cheesecakes are even superior to the cake itself! Don’t shoot me.

If you’re looking for a quick dessert but are having trouble identifying your needs or wants, Either way, basically), this is a fulfillment of a lifelong dream. should you enjoy pineapple? also cheesecake
