Biography

Pasquale’s Childhood

Since his birth in Arizona in 1985, Pasquale Brocco has resided there. He was the biggest kid in high school the entire time. As a result, Pasquale started to experience bullying.

People around him referred to him during this time as “Fat Pat” and other epithets. Pasquale’s life was negatively affected by this, leaving him with low self-esteem.

To compensate for his big body, Pasquale started playing American football throughout his high school years. He had a lot of talent in this sport. By the time he graduated from high school, he had received a scholarship offer as a result.

When Pasquale attended college, he kept playing American football. But then one day, things started to go south. Pasquale sustained a severe knee injury that forced him to miss several months of play. He had no choice but to bid his days on the field farewell as a result.

Turning Into A Bodyguard

Pasquale met a nightclub owner who offered him a job as a bodyguard soon after he sustained his injury. Pasquale seized the chance, believing that this would be a good career choice for him.

But as soon as he started his new job, Pasquale started to eat poorly and make terrible lifestyle decisions. Pasquale regularly overindulged in unhealthful meals throughout this time. He immediately began to gain weight as a result of this.

He had to walk there and back every time he wanted to eat, even though the closest food shop was 1.5 miles away. He consequently walked up to 6 miles per day.

Pasquale was able to shed an amazing 100 lbs in just 60 days, demonstrating his dedication to his fitness goals and hard work.
