Recently, Reese was shooting for her upcoming movie on Netflix: Your Place or Mine. And on the sets, via her social media, she revealed that she loves the afternoon snacktime and wanted to know what her costars took at that time. Of course, she did share her snack choices too.

Reese and the crafty snacks of her costars

In her recent Instagram post, Reese put up a video and asked the cast of this romcom movie on Netflix about their favorite and unique snacks. She wrote below the post:

Asking the cast those hard-hitting questions while filming #YourPlaceOrMine 😋”

She asked each of her costars:

What is your crafty snack?”

Crafty snack is a term used for those snacks that the crafts services caters to. These services come from the crafts department in the film, television, and video production industry. This department is designated with the job of providing food for the cast and crew present on the sets on that day.

Shooting implies long hours and grueling shooting schedules. In such cases, healthy eating can suffer. And this department tries to decrease this and gives foods to those on the sets. It becomes convenient for the team involved in the shoot since they do not get time for cooking and preparing foods.

Her costar Ashton Kutcher answered:

Thespian food,”

On further asking about its meaning, Ashton said:

Coffee,”

In the latter part of the video, he added:

“If they have hot dogs, I’m going to get one.”

Zoe Chao and Jesse Williams love Doritos. Jesse said:

“Cool Ranch is what I look for first—they never have it. So I settle on Nacho Cheese; I’ll eat five of them,”

Zoe collected some foods for home that included Doritos, chips, and candies. These might not be healthy options though because they have high fats and salts in them. Hence, they could cause high blood pressure.

Reese’s crafty snacks

Later, in the video, Reese turned the camera on herself and said:

“Sun Chips or apple and peanut butter—every day at 11:00,”

One large sized apple gives 242 calories and has around 6 grams of dietary fiber, with 11 milligrams of vitamin C, 12 grams magnesium, 259 milligrams potassium, and also 14.5 milligrams calcium. And peanut butter has healthy fats and proteins. A tablespoon of it contains 2 grams of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and 6 grams of protein. The healthy fats are good for cognition, blood pressure regulation, liver function, and heart health. It also decreases body inflammation.

Moreover, Sun Chips are also a healthy choice since they are made of whole grains 100%. They have 30% lesser fat and contain dietary fiber too. This improves gut health.

She is not afraid to indulge. For this, she said:

Wait! My 4:00 snack is tea and [a] cookie; chai cookie or an oatmeal cookie,”

“And it needs to have a chip in it—a chocolate chip in it.”

Earlier, she had revealed that her go to snack is cookies with chocolate chips. These are healthy because chocolate has flavonols that have a lot of health benefits.
