Early Life of Samuel Dixon

At the age of 18, Samuel Dixon first joined a gym and developed a weightlifting addiction. But he desired to advance his fitness career at some point.

His career peaked when he received his Musclemania Pro Card in 2014. He first competed on stage.

To fulfill his desire to make a positive difference in other people’s lives, Samuel now works to assist others in achieving their fitness objectives. He says the following.

Biography

Sports Starting Points

Samuel Dixon was raised in Gatineau, Quebec, where he was born in 1988 and spent his early years.

Because his parents had always led active lifestyles, they were keen for Samuel to begin participating in sports at a young age and follow in their footsteps.

Samuel consequently fell in love with competitive sports quite fast. Following in the footsteps of his parents, he was able to continue moving forward by participating in various activities and leading a very active lifestyle.

Samuel attributes his love of fitness to the influence of his parents:

I always felt encouraged in everything I did, which gave me the confidence to pursue my passions and never look back.

By the time he became 18, Samuel wanted to get better at the sports he played. At this time, he decided to join a gym to accomplish exactly that.

He started regularly lifting weights, and because he was motivated and eager to change the way he looked, he soon saw improvements.

Samuel benefited from this as he quickly put on 10 lbs of lean muscle mass. He resorted to the bodybuilding stage to advance his fitness career at that point.

Musclemania Success Story

Samuel started preparing for the Musclemania contest after making significant gains in his gym training.

He gave it everything he had since he was determined to become a world-famous bodybuilder.

Soon enough, Samuel’s perseverance and hard work allowed him to win the 2014 competition.

He was able to obtain his Pro Card as a result, which was the pinnacle of his bodybuilding stage career.

After winning the Musclemania contest, Samuel was motivated to do better. He expressed the following about his aim to become well-known as a bodybuilder:

As a devoted fitness competitor, I knew after the first show that nothing would stop me from changing the course of my life.

University and Becoming A Fitness Trainer

Samuel sought to expand his knowledge of health and fitness after finding success in his bodybuilding profession. He then started his undergraduate studies to earn a degree in human kinetics.

Samuel realized that he wanted to assist others in achieving their fitness objectives at this time.

Soon after, Samuel started working as a personal trainer to help pay for his education. He immediately developed a talent for this and found it to be quite enjoyable.

Samuel’s profession as a personal trainer consequently quickly began to take off. Samuel had no other reason to keep moving forward than his desire to see his business expand.

Present Day

Since it was founded, Samuel has witnessed consistent growth in his training business.

Samuel was able to give all of his attention to his work as a personal trainer after earning his degree from college, putting his goal of competing on the bodybuilding stage on wait.

Samuel significantly broadened his understanding of fitness by going to college. He, therefore, achieved his fitness objectives in addition to being able to share his knowledge of fitness with others.

Training

Six days a week, Samuel works out in the gym as part of his training regimen. He can continue to gain lean muscle mass by being consistent with his workouts.

Samuel concentrates his training on the deadlift, squat, and bench press, which are the three fundamental movements.

Nutrition

Samuel maintains a healthy diet that enables him to stay in top shape all summer long. He adheres to a strict diet and plans his meals for the entire week to do that.

As a result, he can continue on schedule with his bodybuilding competition and photo shoot preparations.

However, Samuel follows a bulking diet throughout his off-season. He significantly ups his calorie intake to gain as much muscle mass as he can.
