Now, he likes to be fit a lot, both physically and psychologically fit and healthy.

To do that, Sandeep lives his life as an ideal average person should. Sandeep also likes to give at least one hour to his body and encourages everyone many times in his seminars.

No matter what training or activities you are performing, make sure that you do give an hour of effort where you sweat a lot to your body.

Besides that, you also need to be active and not be lazy, as his belief is identical to all fit people. That fitness is adapting a lifestyle, not simply a hobby.
