American professional CrossFit athlete Shawn Ramirez hails from Florida.
One of the most accomplished CrossFit veterans, he has won the Masters Men Division at the CrossFit Games four times.
Shawn has always loved being active, whether it is in CrossFit, collegiate wrestling, fitness, or gymnastics. He embarked on a mission to establish himself in the sport after realizing he had a flair for CrossFit.

- 8 oz. of almond or coconut milk
- 1-half cup ice
- 1 cup of mixed frozen fruit (strawberry, pineapple, peaches)

- 1 cup oats (old-fashioned or steel oats)
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- two protein scoops in vanilla
