Sofia Richie is soon to walk down the aisle together with her fiance, Elliot Grainge. She is getting ready for this is great day in her life. She provided details of her diet and workouts to her Instagram followers.

On 2 December 2022, she wrote on her Instagram Story:

“Ok so I started a strict diet,”

Further, Sofia, 24 added:

My wedding is in a few months so I wanted to get an early start on it.”

Writing more about it, she revealed:

“I try my hardest to fast until 12pm ( with the Exception of coffee ). For lunch I have either a salad or a high protein meal,”

“I eat my dinner around 630 pm, which is the last meal before I go to bed ( no snacking ).”

Her lifestyle change includes eating more protein and veggies now. She wrote:

“I have high protein with tons of veggies,”

“I try my hardest to avoid any carbs or sugar, but sometimes I give myself a little treat.”

Many celebrities endorse intermittent fasting for weight loss and health reasons. Jennifer Aniston, American actress is also for it. It is effective for weight loss but the restrictive nature might lead to binge eating. One can do it but under medical supervision. It is not advisable for people with eating disorders.

Sofia’s workout routine

Earlier but on the same day, Sofia Richie gave her fans a glimpse of her daily workout routine. Lionel Richie’s daughter expressed on her social media:

“I try to walk for at least an hour every single day!”

She uploaded a video that showed her doing a combination of lunge and twists, wall sits and mat work. She was also using weights and a weighted vest. She added in her post caption on Instagram Story:

You should do what feels best for your body. Incorporating some carbs isn’t horrible when you are training hard. Hope this is helpful!”

Walking is a cheap, safe and effective exercise routine that keeps the person slim and fit. It has a scientific backing and can be done anywhere anytime.

Sofia and her relationship history

Sofia began a relationship with Elliot, 29 in January 2021. Two months later, a source told Us Weekly that the relationship started in an amicable way. Later, friendship changed to romance in the couple. The insider said:

“They started out as friends before they became a couple and are now getting serious. Their relationship took off and they have been getting closer and closer and spend practically every day together,”
