50 Cent Exercise Routine

Let’s say you’re referring to 50, the Grammy, and numerous other award winners. Additionally, he has collaborated with numerous outstanding and bright hip-hop rappers.

Like he couldn’t have wished for anything more, Cent also had one of the best mentors and partners. How does a rapper like that still appear so bulked up in his mid-40s?

We all know that Cent enjoys working out, so I tried to discover any hints I could to help me solve the question:

What is his workout? What would 50 Cent engage in regularly to maintain his amazing physique? I looked for some recent interviews, but they are all from a few years ago.

The topics spoken by Cent in that interview were all mentioned in this specific interview from The Cut website. There, Cent describes going to the gym at 10 a.m. and doing as his trainer instructs.

Additionally, Cent stated that he dislikes working out alone himself since he tends to become distracted and would likely stop working out as frequently as he does today.

Later, Cent explained that he does not lift large weights but rather more moderate ones and performs several repetitions as cardio.

To burn a lot of calories while exercising, Cent also performs supersets and maintains a high heart rate. Superset training, according to several bodybuilders and Aesthetic Athletics, can burn more calories than a typical cardio session.

Additionally, Cent explained how important staying in shape is to him, although he seems unconcerned with his weight. He was also motivated by watching fighters grow and lose weight over a month during training camp.

The only thing that matters to Cent when it comes to working out is consistency and finishing the days.

Since his trainer creates the routine just for Cent, I currently couldn’t locate any unique exercise program, and it won’t be simple to find either.

So, Cent’s workout routine is continuously changed to suit his body and his trainer’s wishes. Although the weight routine is currently not in a superset pattern, you can change it if you’d like to get a comparable body shape by doing it that way.
