But this part in the supermarkets also contains a lot of healthy food options. There are frozen dinners, frozen desserts, and also easy frozen breakfast options there.

This part of the markets also have frozen vegetables and other foods in bags. These can be used to make quick and healthy dinner in a convenient way. These come handy when you are too busy or fatigued to cook a whole dinner.

Omelette

These are healthy and serve as a food at breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. Cook an omelette and pair it with green leafy salad. One can top the omelette when it is getting cooked with vegetables such as cauliflower florets, broccoli cuts, cut mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, peppers, spinach or peas. The rice provides the complex carbs and the vegetables give minerals, nutrients, and phytochemicals. The added chicken strips are a good source of protein. Pick up the frozen chicken ingredients such as fillets, nuggets, or their plant-based substitute. Cook the chicken bits in an air fryer or oven, place between toasted bun halves and top with your choice veggies spices, herbs, condiments, and sauce. Your dinner is ready.

One can cook curry in a jiffy using frozen vegetables. Put the veggies into a bowl, add water and your favorite spices and salt. You can also add chickpeas from a can or cooked chicken strips. Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Use s quick rice recipe with it.

Veggie pizza

Take frozen crust pizza base. Layer its top with pizza sauce. Top it with your favorite frozen veggies. Add some herbs and slices with some salt. Shred some low-moisture mozzarella on it and make in oven for 10 minutes for that delicious and quick veggie pizza.
