Brian Shaw’s Diet
Eating like a strongman will make you a better strongman. By eating like a strongman, Brian Shaw develops into one. He enjoys eating a variety of meals daily.
He continues to think about eating nutritious foods and not a lot of junk food.
He also consumes a lot of water and vitamins throughout the day. So everything from protein powder to pre-workout, fat burners, and other things will be available.
Brian enjoys eating every two hours and can eat as much as 12,000 calories per day. Every meal includes both protein and carbohydrates so that he can acquire all the nutrients his body needs.
Even though Brian is a strongman, he still believes that because it is an ongoing process, eating is the hardest task for a strongman.

Brian typically eats a bowl of his favorite cereal for breakfast along with 12 scrambled eggs and some peanut butter.
