Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut competes professionally for both the Belgian national team and the Spanish club Real Madrid.

Thibaut completed Genk’s youth program with a young group, and at the age of 18, he significantly contributed to the team’s triumph in the Belgian Pro League.

Thibaut Courtois joined Chelsea in July 2011 for a reported £ 8 million, and he was then immediately given a loan to Atlético Madrid.

He won the Copa del Rey in 2013, the Europa League in 2012, and the La Liga championship in 2014 in three seasons.

Diet Of Thibaut, Well-Balanced Diet

When he started working out, Thibaut Courtois was quite concentrated. He worked two hours a day, six days a week, and arrived at the gym on time.

He worked out in the gym to increase his muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. Thibaut Courtois includes sprinting and cycling in addition to his normal gym regimen.

He spent some time working on his cycle to make use of those extra hours.
