She finds it difficult to maintain her fitness, though. I read a story about interviews where Lee-young claimed to have a 20-inch waist.

Which was great for her because she claimed that I was already thin. However, she desired a change, so she shed a few more pounds while exercising and cutting out all sweets and carbohydrates for a week.

I mean, I don’t advocate for that thin body type because going too long without eating might lead to malnutrition. She appears a little more toned and fit right now though, and I believe she has gained some weight.

I’m going to stick with the stretching workout and more natural workouts because I know Lee-young used to use weights but am unsure if she still does.
