  • 5 ounces evaporated milk or light cream, more if needed
  • ¼ cup unsalted Challenge Butter melted
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Turn on the 375°F oven.
  2. Beat eggs and add both corn cans to a dish that can be baked.
  3. Add milk, cheese, Challenge Butter, salt, and pepper to the corn mixture after crumbling the crackers.
  4. All ingredients should be thoroughly mixed; if it seems a touch dry, add extra milk.
