Ingredients
- 60 wonton wrappers
- vegetable oil frying or air frying
filling:
- 12 ounces ground pork
- 3 green onions finely chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 ½ teaspoon fresh ginger grated
Instructions
- In a small dish, combine the ingredients for the filling thoroughly.
- One spoonful of filling should be in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wonton over the filling in a triangular shape after lightly moistening the edges.
- Form the wrapper over the filling with your fingers, pressing any air out.

- Heat a pan to 350°F and add two inches of oil.
- Several at a time, add wontons to the hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until crisp and golden.

- When necessary, oil the wontons’ exteriors (or spray with cooking spray).
- Wontons should be added in a single layer and cooked for 3–5 minutes at 375°F, or until just crisp.
