The Naruto series features the anime/manga character Obito Uchiha. He was presented as a character like Naruto, but he turned out to be malicious.

One of the most powerful Uchiha, Obito Uchiha Workout Routine is capable of using Sharingan, Mangeky Sharingan, and even Rinnegan.

Unquestionably, Obito Uchiha is among the greatest Sharingan users in Naruto history.

He too had a tragic, depressing backstory and almost the same predicament as Naruto, where he fell in love with a girl who didn’t fall in love with him in return but saved her.

To gain her back, he tries all in his power, including becoming wicked. I’m glad things didn’t work out because according to the Naruto series, even if it did, he still wouldn’t get her.

But in the end, Obito gives Kakashi a different present in which he completes his second Sharingan eye. Being like Obito and training like him is almost like having a Naruto-like character.

When he was younger, he followed Naruto’s training regimen and avoided dying. There were a lot of parallels, therefore I believe we should train similarly to the way we did for Naruto.

Since they all have similar styles, grew up utilizing the same fundamental method, and have the same foundation, they very much all have the same routines.

Thus, the training regimens for all of the Naruto series’ ninjas are fairly similar. To become more like Obito, we will be working on our speed, stamina, some weight training, and a lot of core and aerobic workouts.

The workout will consist of two distinct routines and last for five days per week.

Morning Procedures

We will exercise in the morning utilizing my C&C regimen, concentrating on core and aerobic exercises. We will begin our aerobic workout with a 5 km run and some agility drills using ankle weights.

Ankle weights will enable me to give your feet the extra lightness that I’m looking for.

Workouts for agility include court running, jumping rope, agility ladder, box jumps to run, cross-running, etc. Aim to perform three sets of each exercise lasting 30 seconds while maintaining ankle weight while doing so.

Rest as little as possible in between exercises. The core exercise follows.

8 exercises total for each circuit.

40-second reps

After completing the circuit, take two minutes to relax.

Evening Schedule

We will perform four days of weight training during the evening routine, and after you finish, we will perform a cardio finisher, for which I recommend a boxing routine.

As a cardio finisher, you can burn a lot of calories by engaging in combat training such as boxing for 15 to 30 minutes.
