Who is Mike Rashid?
Power bodybuilder, author, businessman, ex-boxer, and internet fitness instructor Mike Rashid hail from the United States.
Mike not only owns a well-known gym in Miami but also his supplement and apparel business, all of which have been quite successful since he started them.
Thanks to his father, Mike started working out when he was a little child. “My father made my brothers and me do things like pull-ups, hiking, swimming, and running on the beach. At age 12, I competed in my first boxing contest, says Mike.
As he entered his adolescent years, Mike’s enthusiasm for boxing rose steadily until it reached the point where he turned pro and twice won the National Golden Gloves title.
Mike started his fitness video channel after becoming a WBFF Pro in his late 20s and slowly made the switch to fitness and power-bodybuilding.

“I never intended to compete, but two weeks before it, someone suggested I perform a show. I took on the challenge, and it went well. I like it, so I persisted.
“My life changed when I started practicing mindfulness. I don’t want to sound dramatic, but it’s real. I notice it greatly if I skip days. I sense that I’m vibrating at higher pitches.
I suggest it. Stress decreases in intensity. People appear to be moving slowly. I’m a lot more conscious now. Simply put, life feels better in general.

Mike, a former boxer, strives to maintain strength, durability, and functionality over an extended period.
Maintaining both strength and endurance at the same time can be challenging, according to Mike. He makes an effort to maintain his fitness levels in both areas since he enjoys challenges.
Mike uses hard compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to build strength and size.
These serve as the foundation of his workout regimen. Mike’s programs do include other exercises like isolations, but they aren’t as frequently used.

“Squats, in my opinion, are the basis for each athlete, regardless of the sport. To develop maximum effort for a brain response that corresponds to strength, I like to incorporate powerlifting principles.
However, I like to advance with rep ranges inspired by bodybuilding because they cause cell growth, which results in bigger muscles. I then unleash my inner athlete to perform any kind of crazy burnout or drop set that translates to badassness.
Mike engages in activities like heavy tire flips, sparring, combat training, outdoor running, etc. to increase his functioning and endurance.
This not only improves Mike’s flexibility and endurance but also acts as cardio, which is beneficial for reducing body fat and maintaining cardiovascular health.

Shoulder Exercise By Mike Rashid, (Workout)
Mike frequently changes up his workouts, but he also sticks to specific routines. such as beginning with a strenuous compound exercise, in this case, the standing dumbbell press or barbell press. The majority of his shoulders are exercised during this exercise.
Mike concentrates on high reps and lights weights later in the workout when he performs various shoulder exercises to maximally exhaust the muscle and get the best pump.

What’s it worth if your abs only last a few days? Many of these “fitness” people aren’t fit, based on what I’ve seen in the little time I’ve spent in this “fitness industry.” Some people believe that having abs is a sign of malnutrition.
Try to be physically fit and healthy if you work in this field. If being healthy prevents you from being the most toned person on the globe, that’s fine.
This preoccupation with getting “shredded” is, in my opinion, mentally harmful. Some go to such extreme lengths for this fleeting appearance that they end up gaining weight and sad.
