Slovenian bodybuilder, personal trainer, and fitness competitor Benjamin Radic competes in Musclemania Pro. He started playing sports while he was still in elementary school.

Benjamin, who participated in judo, tennis, and volleyball, knew he wanted to be an athlete from the beginning.

He didn’t always intend to become a bodybuilder, though. Benjamin set out to become a judo master as a teenager. Up until he shattered his leg one day, he was making good progress toward realizing his plan.

Benjamin Radic has always enjoyed participating in many sports. He participated in both extracurricular and interscholastic athletics.

Benjamin started concentrating on tennis and volleyball around the age of 10. He immediately became quite good at these sports, to the point where he could make a living from them.

However, Benjamin had a challenge in doing so. He lacked the strength and speed necessary to compete at the highest level in these sports. Benjamin claims that at the time, he was a young, scrawny man.

He decided to work out with weights to build muscle after being inspired by actors like Stallone and Arnold. According to Benjamin, “I was compelled to train hard to gain the strength that would help me avert accidents.”

As he built up his physical strength through training, Benjamin grew to appreciate fitness more and more. I began to like it more than other sports since I was changing quickly in terms of both my physique and muscle growth.

Benjamin continued to train at home, though, at this point. He was still unsure of his full ability and the benefits of using more advanced gym equipment and devices for training.

He eventually entered the weight room and was astounded by the amount of exercise equipment he saw. At this point, Benjamin’s passion for bodybuilding started to take shape.

Benjamin eventually gave up tennis and switched his attention to judo and bodybuilding. He believed that these two sports would simultaneously make him more agile, quick, and powerful.

At first, everything went smoothly for Benjamin. As a result of his judo training, his muscles grew bigger and his mobility increased. But then there was a mishap.

Their leg of Benjamin was broken while practicing judo. He had to take a long break from discipline as a result of this.

However, Benjamin was still able to lift weights throughout his workouts. That’s exactly what he did.

Benjamin was still able to work on the rest of his body even though he was unable to exercise his damaged leg.

His leg swiftly regained its strength and size when it had time to heal from the wound. Benjamin decided to abandon judo and concentrate on bodybuilding during this phase.

After weeks of workouts, Benjamin’s body becomes significantly more muscular.

“I enjoyed doing the heavy lifting, getting a good pump, being sore the next day, and eating a lot. At the age of 23 to 24, when I first started using supplements and quickly gained a lot of muscle mass, I started taking my bodybuilding more seriously.

Even after some time had gone, Benjamin adds, “I was still not interested in competing, but I kept working out incredibly hard.”

But one day, Benjamin uploaded a picture of his toned figure to a bodybuilding forum online, where it quickly became popular. A great number of people responded favorably to him.

One of these individuals gave Benjamin the chance to participate in competitions as a sponsored athlete. Although initially hesitant, Benjamin ultimately decided to begin his competitive career.

Benjamin’s career has flourished ever since he entered the bodybuilding scene. He competed in his first competition in 2012, taking first place at Musclemania Paris.

After that, Benjamin’s performance only got better, and he eventually won the 2013 Musclemania UK championships and earned his Musclemania Pro Card.

In addition to his success on the stage, Benjamin Radic has created a brand-new gym and established a solid reputation as a respected personal coach for other aspiring athletes.

A Training Day, Cardio Workout

Benjamin Radic gets out of bed, gets on the treadmill, and begins his fasting cardio workout. He has found that exercising on an empty stomach has the most fat-burning potential.

He will have his second training session, a weightlifting session, following the third or fourth meal of the day. When Benjamin walks into the gym, he comes to work.
