Biography (Early Life)

Young Years

Cindy was born in the little Swiss village of Wetzikon, where she spent her childhood playing outside in the fresh mountain air. Her love of the outdoors led her to participate in a variety of sports, including hiking, skiing, and snowboarding.

Cindy joined a gymnastics team at the age of 5 and, after years of diligent practice, excelled in the sport. She won multiple medals as a result and decided to pursue a career in gymnastics.

Beginning A Fitness Journey

Cindy Landolt had grown too large and bulky to pursue gymnastics by the time she was 16 years old in 2001. She nevertheless made the most of her natural advantages and joined a gym in an effort to get the physique of her dreams.

She started weightlifting and quickly developed a passion for exercise. She then enrolled at the Swiss Academy of Fitness and Sport to earn certifications as a fitness instructor with the goal of establishing her name in the field.

Individual Trainer

Cindy Landolt received her diploma after three years of college study, enabling her to work as a certified fitness instructor.

With plenty of free time, Cindy started formulating preparations to launch her own company. She set up an internet presence to advertise her personal training services.

By 2016, Cindy had established her own physique, focusing on her abs, and had amassed a sizable online following as a fitness teacher.
