Training
A Maddening Rep Range, (Workout)

Tyler’s Beginner’s Guide, (Exercise)
Here are Tyler’s top two suggestions for developing a terrific physique:
Tyler has always preferred free weights over exercise equipment. He uses strong multi-joint exercises like bench press and squats for 90% of his sessions.
He only adds a few sets of machines toward the end of his sessions to thoroughly exhaust his muscles.
Focus on form rather than weight. Tyler recalls that one of his starting blunders was to solely pay attention to weights, regardless of his exercise form.
“I didn’t care how my form looked; I’d try to lift as much weight as I could regardless.” He warns everyone to avoid making the same mistake twice because doing so could result in harm.
Nutrition
The Diet For the Show, (Exercise)
Tyler has a diet that is incredibly minimal in carbohydrates and lipids when attempting to reach peak fitness. He primarily consumes foods that are high in protein. containing egg whites and fish.
When I’m trying to lose weight for a show, I become so sick of fish, horrible! When I was on a show diet, it is all I would consume; thereafter, I would stay far away from tilapia. (Tyler Garceau)
Supplementation
When it comes to his supplements, Tyler likes to keep things straightforward.
He solely consumes pre-workout, which enhances blood flow and results in muscle “pumps.” To achieve his daily protein requirement, he also drinks a whey protein shake.
Influences And Idols
Tyler’s father serves as his major inspiration. He constantly challenged Tyler to excel at all he did. Tyler claims that his father’s way of thinking is all or nothing, and he has inherited this from him.
“Do it correctly or don’t do it at all if I’m going to do something, whether it’s as easy as simple yard chores or as complex as participating in a contest or sport.” (Tyler Garceau)
Tyler learned to maintain his composure, work hard, and never give up on his aspirations from his father, who he has been watching since he was a youngster. Tyler claims that having his father as a parent has been his greatest blessing.
Athletes Tyler Looks Up To
Tyler’s favorite athlete in the bodybuilding world is Jeff Dwelle. Tyler had the opportunity to meet Jeff in person and only had kind things to say about him.
Tyler has never met somebody who works as hard as Jeff does in person. Because Jeff is a personal coach to over 10 of his friends and family, he and his friends refer to him as “Papa Dwelle.” Tyler exclaims, “Jeff=Quadzilla is just fantastic.
Tyler has a similar admiration for Kevin Levrone, another legendary bodybuilder. The triceps are my favorite body region to work with, and Kevin has enormous triceps.
“The majority of my interests are in sports, specifically hockey. I’m a diehard Green Bay Packers and Detroit Red Wings fan. I enjoy playing video games in my spare time, especially NHL, of course.
