The Duncan Hines Cotton flavor, which costs less than $1 at Walmart or Target, is what gives the blue hue. I bought my cotton candy (for the top) at the dollar store.

It only takes a few minutes to put this recipe together and it is so much fun!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand)
  • 3 ½ cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1 package Duncan Hines Cotton frosting flavoring
  • 1 container of cotton (mine came from the dollar store)

  1. Cut the cotton into small pieces, about 2-3 cups, and place aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and condensed milk.
  3. 90 seconds in the microwave at 70% power, mix, and then another 30 seconds at 70% power, or until the chocolate is practically melted.
  4. Stir until smooth, then flavor with Cotton.
  5. Fill an 8×8 pan with foil after pouring.
  6. Add ripped cotton candy on top right away. Cut into 1-inch squares after allowing it cool completely, and enjoy!
