The white fish known as tilapia was once only found in Africa, but it is now grown worldwide and domestically. It is a fantastic source of vitamins and minerals as well as a great source of protein. So, it’s not just healthy; it’s also delicious, which is just a perk!

Even though tilapia is called for in the recipe, any white fish can be used in its place with great success!

How to Prepare Parmesan broiled tilapia

You’ll be astounded by how simple (and fast) the majority of tilapia recipes are. Like most fish, tilapia fillets should not be overcooked since they can dry out. Tilapia can be broiled, fried, poached, or cooked in the oven.

I chose to broil it for this recipe. This tilapia recipe makes a moist, flaky fish with a gorgeously browned parmesan top, and I love how quick and easy it is!

How long should you bake Parmesan broiled tilapia?

Although tilapia can be readily roasted in the oven, I like to broil it because it cooks so quickly.

This tilapia recipe only needs 3–4 minutes on each side when broiled on high, naturally depending on the size of the fish. You will need to extend the broiling time by one minute on each side of the fish fillet is rather large.

Tilapia can be baked just as easily as it can be broiler, but the crust won’t be as deliciously golden and crisp. For this reason, when making this recipe, I like to broil the tilapia.

Any meal can be started with Parmesan Broiled Tilapia in under 15 minutes. For the ideal supper, we serve it with a side of Garlic Butter Rice, and Green Beans with Bacon.

This crisp and crispy meal pairs well with risotto, pasta, and traditional french fries. While it may be prepared quickly during the week, you should serve this recipe when you have visitors around. It will undoubtedly become a favorite!
