Training
High Volume to Grow Muscle
One of the leading proponents of high-volume training is Chris. He promises that no matter what, “if you train with a high volume and eat appropriately, you will grow.”
Chris Jones often begins the exercise session with one or two powerful compound motions. there were several solitary exercises after that. He performs at least five sets of each workout.
Chris will have completed at least 20 sets by the time the workout is over. He sometimes performs as many as 40 sets during a workout. This is the “definition of high volume training,” in his words.
Chris’ Opinion on Exercise
Chris Jones only engages in cardio when trying to reduce body fat. He doesn’t do much cardio when he’s bulking up. Chris clarifies that the sole exception is “when I feel like doing it.”
Chest Workout
- Incline Bench Press, 5 sets of 8-12 reps (2 warm-up sets before moving on to working sets)
- Pec Deck Flys, 5 sets of 12 reps
- Weighted Dips, 5 sets of 8-12 reps
- Incline Chest Press Machine, 3 sets of 8-12 reps
- Incline Dumbbell Flys, 3 sets of 12 reps
- Cable Flys, 5 sets of 12,10,8,6,5 reps
“Sometimes, I start my cheat day off with some cocoa pebbles and cinnamon toast crunch cereal mixed together. It’s the simple things in life that make me smile.”
Nutrition
He feels that high-volume training is the greatest method to exercise. The ideal technique for guys to grow muscle, according to Chris, is to alternate between the “bulking” and “cutting” phases.
His bulking stages, however, are not your typical times to put on weight. Chris bulks to the limit, packing on as much weight as he can. without overly stressing about the fat that builds up along the route.
Chris Jones has discovered that using this eating strategy ultimately produces the finest outcomes. This is how he claims to gain the most muscle.
He does not, however, advocate this strategy for everyone. This is due to Chris’ comment that it may be challenging for certain people to reduce their body fat after significant bulking stages.
