Biography
Young Years
Alyssa Loughran was born and reared in Pennsylvania, America, and was an active child. She participated in a variety of sports, including soccer and netball, to stay active and trim.
However, she started living a party lifestyle throughout high school and college. Alyssa had reached this point where she was regularly consuming booze and fast food, which made her quite unhealthy.
Beginning a Fitness Journey
Alyssa joined a gym shortly after starting college because she began to feel self-conscious about her appearance.
Alyssa started weight training in the gym in 2009 to build the body of her dreams. She began her fitness adventure at the age of 18.
At the Kumite Classic Model America Competition in 2010, Alyssa
Inaugural Competition
Alyssa worked out consistently throughout 2010, and by the end of the year, she had made significant advancements.
Her friends persuaded her to compete in a fitness competition, and they entered her in the Kumite Classic, which was her first competition.
Alyssa entered the stage in a bikini as an athlete on her 19th birthday, August 21st, 2010. She impressively won the Model America division’s trophy and finished second in the Bikini America division.
She then recognized her ability to succeed in the field.
Added Shows
While finishing her college degree, Alyssa took a break from competing, but she never stopped giving it her all in the gym. She attempted a career as a model during this time, participating in numerous photo sessions.
Alyssa Loughran had graduated and developed a better physique by the time she was 22. She was prepared to compete in bigger events.
In 2013, the bikini division of the NPC Pennsylvania State Championships was where the model made her NPC debut. Alyssa finished in the top 5, even though she was unable to duplicate her prior achievement.
She bounced back strongly in 2014, though, and won the Kumite Classic Bikini America competition.
At the 2014 Kumite Classic exhibition, Alyssa competed.
Acting
Alyssa decided to perform in her debut movie, “The Way to a Woman’s Heart,” in 2013. She enjoyed playing a role in this short film, but she thought fitness was where her future lay.

Alyssa became increasingly well-known online as a result of increased exposure and became the focus of several forums. Fitness enthusiasts started praising her attractive physique, and soon she had a sizable online following.

Training
