Biography
Event Girl
Sandra, who was gifted with outstanding looks and was born in Sweden’s Värmland County, started her modeling career at the age of 18.
However, her work required her to traverse the nation and perform in a variety of nightclubs. This resulted in a life spent drinking alcohol and eating junk food.
She was in a rut and couldn’t see a way out.
The future bikini athlete may have appeared healthy and fit, but she was aware that her partying lifestyle was harming her physique.
Sandra began to feel dissatisfied with her circumstances and realized that she needed to change if she wanted to get her life back on track.
Beginning of Her Journey
At the age of 25, Sandra decided to follow her new dream of being a bikini athlete in 2012 after being motivated by fitness celebrities on social media. She went inside the gym and started working out hard.
But she soon understood that her attempts were ineffective. The future bikini athlete was aware that she needed to enhance her routine to succeed.
Early Errors
Sandra then took a step back to review her training schedule and saw that she had made a serious error. She didn’t understand that nutrition had such a significant impact on her physique because she was concentrating so much on the intensity of her workouts in the gym.
Sandra Reiche had been eating poorly, but she wasn’t going to allow this setback to get to her.
She quickly became knowledgeable about nutrition, and she immediately started to see significant improvements. Sandra was once again moving in the direction of her goal.
Getting Popular on Social Media
Sandra had sculpted an amazing physique two years after starting the gym. She started sharing photos of her fitness journey on Instagram because she was happy with how far she had come since she started as a party-loving teenager.
Before she knew it, Sandra was a worldwide star on the internet because of her ripped six-pack. This inspired her to start competing and sign up for her first bikini athlete tournament.
Inaugural Competition
At the age of 27, Sandra took the stage at her native country’s December Cup in 2014. She didn’t win, but she was nonetheless given a medal for second place as compensation for her lengthy preparation.
She was now more motivated than ever to win the trophy.
Sandra accomplished her goal of succeeding in a bikini athlete competition just a few weeks after her debut presentation. In the 2014 Luciapokalen, she took first place. But she was only beginning.
More Achievement and Coaching
She won the 2014 Nordic Fitness Open in the same year, and in the Svenska Mästerskapen competition the following year, she finished in second place. With each show Sandra entered, her reputation increased.
She didn’t take long to establish herself as a fitness icon. After developing a sizable following on social media, she was contacted by others looking for advice on diet and exercise.
The Bikini Athlete was motivated by her followers to embark on a new mission. She wanted to give back to the industry and began assisting others in achieving their ideal physiques.
“Heavy lifting and challenging workouts like squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, and lunges are advised. Your booty will thank you if you just give it a try.
