Beginning a Fitness Journey
Pamella was born and raised in Belém (Pará), Brazil, and around the age of 15, she started to dislike her physique. She refused to wear skirts to expose her legs since she felt self-conscious about them.
Pamella started lifting weights in the gym in 2009, determined to build a body she could be proud of.
